We are located 17 miles from Sedona in the Verde Valley.
We have a Fry's, Safeway, Wal-Mart and other stores, all within walking distance of our RV Park.
We are located on Highway 89A right next to Reese's Tire and Automotive in beautiful Cottonwood, AZ. Elevation of 3268 feet which makes for a comfortable year round location.
The Verde River is less than 1/4 mile East of our RV Park.
